Super Power Paleo Cookbook - Paleo Lifestyle Plan

Super Power Paleo is a recipe book that gives you 99 paleo-friendly recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Find out everything you need to know about Super Power Paleo today in our review.

What is Super Power Paleo?
Super Power Paleo is a recipe book that features 99 savory fat torching meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, explains the creator of the book.

The book does not come with a physical copy: its purely a downloadable PDF file with 99 pages of recipes.

The book introduces itself with an ominous warning. It says that millions of moms around the world are poisoning their kids with modern foods. By following the recipes in Super Power Paleo, you can stop poisoning your kids and enjoy all sorts of other health benefits.

All of the recipes in Super Power Paleo claim to be ready in 10 minutes or less. Theyre also all 100% gluten-free and have no refined sugars and no artificial ingredients. They claim to take calorie counting of your life while boosting your immune system, torching away fat, and helping you become healthier overall.

Are You Really Poisoning your Family?
Super Power Paleo repeatedly emphasizes that youre poisoning your family. The eBook claims that parents are poisoning their kids unknowingly by feeding them overly processed food.

There are even Photoshopped pictures of zombie-like children being fed by zombie-like parents. Its all designed to scare you into realizing exactly whats going into your kids bodies.  The eBook mentions things like:
  • Pesticide-infused fruits and vegetables
  • Processed foods with neurotoxins inside
  • Hormone and antibiotic-laced meats

Ultimately, its no secret that the foods we eat today are processed in some way or another. They come with preservatives, additives, food dyes, and other products. Part of the paleo movement involves eating natural, unprocessed foods to get back to the diet that our Paleolithic ancestors used to eat.

The creators of the eBook claim that by adopting a paleo diet, you can reduce your risk of obesity, diabetes, Alzheimers, Parkinsons disease, dementia, heart disease, and many other conditions.

Other benefits include the ability to reclaim lost energy, torch away unwanted body fat, strengthen your hair and nails, and turbocharge your immune system.

All of the recipes found within Super Power Paleo are based on this concept.

Sample Recipes in Super Power Paleo

All of the meals within the recipe book are paleo-friendly, gluten-free, and can be made in 10 minutes or less using no artificial ingredients. They claim to provide maximum nutrition with minimum interference in your daily life. With that in mind, some of the sample recipes youll learn in the recipe book include:
  • Strawberries N Cream Breakfast Pancakes
  • Banana Breakfast Crepes
  • Poached Bacon Eggs & Ham
  • Chipotle Chicken Lettuce Taco Wraps
  • Stuffed Italian Stromboli
  • Flatbread Ham & turkey Folded Sandwich
  • Chicken Roma Italiana
  • Savory Lamb Stew with Sweet Potatoes

Who Made Super Power Paleo?
Super Power Paleo is made by Barbara House, a health and nutrition specialist located in the United States.

Barbara House doesnt talk much about herself, nor does she mention her qualifications. We could find no information about Barbara House online when searching for nutritionists or paleo specialists of any sort. The only information that comes up is information related specifically to this new recipe book.

Typically, when youre asked to pay this much for a PDF file, youre getting information backed by a doctor, a certified nutritionist, or some other qualified professional. Its worrying to see that Super Power Paleo doesnt appear to be backed by any qualified expertise.

Super Power Paleo Pricing
Super Power Paleo is available online through the official website, where youll be redirected to a Clickbank ordering form. The eBook is priced at $37 USD. You can pay using VISA, MasterCard, or PayPal.

Note: If you press the escape button while on the page, youll be offered a reduced price of $27. If you press the escape button again, youll pay an even smaller price of $17. If you press the escape button a third time, youll receive 10 of the recipes for free in your email inbox.

Should You Buy the Super Power Paleo Recipe eBook?
Super Power Paleo claims to teach you 99 fat-burning recipes that are gluten-free and paleo-friendly. These recipes can supercharge your health, reduce your risk of disease, and help you lose weight. Theyre also purportedly ready in 10 minutes or less.

There are a few significant problems with this book, including:
  • Youre being asked to pay $37 USD for a downloadable PDF file (no physical copy is delivered). Even if you use the escape button trick to reduce the price to $17, thats still a lot of money for a PDF file, especially considering there are thousands of paleo-friendly recipes available online for free.
  • The author, Barbara House, does not list any qualifications, experience, or educational background that makes her certified to give you nutritional advice
  • Theres no way recipes like succulent pork tenderloin are ready in 10 minutes or less, and some of the sandwich recipes appear to use ordinary bread based on the pictures we see (so they may not all be gluten-free). The book specifically says that the meals are all ready in 10 minutes or less. It doesnt say the preparation time is 10 minutes or less. So this can be misleading.
Ultimately, when youre asked to pay $37 for a PDF file, you expect to get advice from a doctor, a nutritionist, or some other qualified health professional. Super Power Paleo gives us little reason to believe its worth the steep price tag.
